Eva
A naturally talented dancer, Eva has been extensively trained in Classical music, Ballroom Dancing, Hungarian Folk and Gypsy dances. As well as teaching, she has produced, directed and choreographed theatre shows with great success, her latest being the popular show, Desert Dunes. Known for her incredibly strong technique and musicality, she is well established in SW London and teaches intermediate and advanced level of this beautiful form of dance. Eva owns and manages an agency to provide dancers and party packages, the Middle Eastern theme being her speciality. Her educational dance DVD is available to purchase for any aspiring belly dancer.
Nancy
Nancy’s dance background is in Jazz, Ballet and Flamenco, but an introduction to the fascinating world of Oriental dance a few years ago, led her to train in Belly Dance with Eva Green and take courses in Egypt. She teaches, performs solo as well as troupes and is known for her elegant, expressive style. She is a qualified fitness instructor and teaches yoga inspired fitness, fusion dance classes and Dance workshops in South West London.
With sometime dance partner Michelle (artistic director/co-producer) Nancy conceived and produced the innovative Shakers and Movers Dance showcase, which highlighted the influences of other dance forms to Arabian Bellydance.
Michelle
British- Lebanese Michelle was introduced to the world of Middle Eastern dance and music from a young age. With a family background of professional dance, music and theatre she has now found herself following in the family footsteps!! A joyous and appealing dancer, she began training seriously a few years ago after being drawn to the dance of her roots. Dedicated to learning the art of Arabian/belly dance Michelle is also exploring her other loves of Turkish and Indian styles.
A qualified Fitness Instructor with the YMCA, Michelle teaches fitness and belly dance classes mainly within the New Malden/Teddington areas, as well as running a specialist online dancewear company.
